The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the national governing body for cricket in Bangladesh, responsible for the promotion and development of the game at all levels. With a dynamic and fast-growing cricket ecosystem, BCB plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sport nationally and internationally.
- Position Title: District Coach
- Organization: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
- Location: 02 Dhaka Metro & 59 Districts in Bangladesh (Except-Tangail, Rajbari, Cox’s Bazar, Khagrachari, Sunamganj)
- Employment Type: Contractual.
- Contract Period: 02 (Two) years (Renewable on mutual agreement).
Position Overview:
The candidate must possess a Level-1 coaching certificate or First Class Player. The candidate must be a permanent resident of the respective district they are applying to coach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overseeing all cricket-related operations within his designated district.
- Responsible for identifying and recruiting cricket talent. Designing training programs and developing players’ technical skills. Oversee team selection, match strategies, and performance analysis.
- Mentor players in discipline, sportsmanship, and the values of cricket.

- Comprehensive Technical Knowledge.
- Excellent tactical & theoretical expertise.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Can work independently when necessary.
- Must have computer literacy / IT knowledge.
