The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the national governing body for cricket in Bangladesh, responsible for the promotion and development of the game at all levels. With a dynamic and fast-growing cricket ecosystem, BCB plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sport nationally and internationally.
Position Title: Divisional Coach/ Telent Scout (Female)
Organisation: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Divisional Hedquarters).
Employment Type: Contractual.
Contract Period : 02 (Two) years (Renewable on mutual agreement).
Position Overview :
The candidate must have basic cricket knowledge & only female candidate can apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accountable for overseeing all cricket-related operations within his designated division.
- Responsible for identifying and recruiting cricket talent. Designing training programs and developing players’ technical skills. Oversee team selection, match strategies, and performance analysis.
- Mentor players in discipline, sportsmanship, and the values of cricket.
Key Skill Requirements :
- Comprehensive Technical Knowledge.
- Excellent tactical & theoretical expertise.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Can work independently when necessary.
- Must have computer literacy / IT knowledge.
