Position Title: Resident Faculty – Batting - COE

2. Job Dimensions:
Term: Till period of employment offered
Age limit: 60
3. Key Purpose:
Support and deliver BCCI’s coach education programs by actively contributing to content creation, course delivery, assessments, monitoring and mentoring across all certification levels.
4. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver sessions across Levels 0–3, both online and onsite
• Assist in developing course modules, slides, and learning materials
• Conduct assessments – practical, written, and interviews
• Monitor coach performance during camps and certification programs
• Track and update coach records, portfolios, and reflections
• Support design and rollout of Level-4 structure
• Conduct individual mentoring sessions and feedback reviews
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) related inputs for their domain (Batting)
• Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) workshops as facilitators and learners
• Liaise with zonal academy appointed coaches
• Provide inputs for selection of high-performance camp coaches
5. Essen0al Qualifications:
• Former First-Class or International Cricketer
• Certified BCCI Level-2 or Level-3 Coach (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience coaching elite youth or senior teams at State Level
• Strong communication, facilitation, and planning skills
• Comfort with digital tools, LMS platforms, and performance analysis software
• Relocating to work at COE- Bangalore.
6. Desirable Attributes:
• Academic exposure in sports science / coaching (optional)
• Experience conducting coach education or mentoring
• Strong work ethic and willingness to travel for conductiong camps, courses & other coach development programs
