Boland Cricket NPC invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Financial Manager. This is a strategic leadership role within the organization, responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainable growth across cricket development and commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and governance frameworks
- Oversee financial controls, audits, and risk management processes
- Support commercial ventures, sponsorships, and partnership frameworks
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation
- Manage payroll, procurement, and financial systems
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and or Accounting Sciences (NQF Level 7), Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in sport or nonprofit sectors. Experience within the cricket ecosystem will be deemed an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and governance codes
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
