We are looking for an ambitious, motivated Head of Youth Cricket to lead and develop our thriving youth section.
As one of Essex’s leading clubs; approaching our 150th year, competing in top divisions and proud home of England’s Dan Lawrence; we are ready to take our youth cricket to the next level.
This exciting opportunity combines paid coaching coordination with the chance to build your own coaching business using our outstanding facilities, including a recently refurbished indoor cricket school.
