The CricHeroes Store is our sports merchandise and gear vertical, built to bring the best of cricket style and performance to players everywhere.
We’re looking for a Business Development All Rounder, someone who loves cricket and business in equal measure.
If you can talk about bats and brand strategy with the same energy, this role is for you.
The Challenge?
Your mission is to grow the CricHeroes Store by building strong relationships with teams, leagues, academies, and cricket communities.
You’ll drive sales, partnerships, and growth helping every cricketer find their perfect gear while strengthening CricHeroes’ presence on and off the field.
What You’ll Do
- Build partnerships with teams, leagues, academies, and cricket associations.
- Drive sales growth and brand visibility for CricHeroes Store.
- Be the face of CricHeroes Store — engaging directly with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign launches and promotions.
- Bring new product ideas and help shape our merchandise line.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- A natural love for cricket (bonus if you’ve ever argued about DLS at midnight 🕛).
- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad and travel occasionally for meetings or ground visits.
