The Cricket Association of Thailand is inviting applications for the position of Coach – Men’s National Team 🇹🇭
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and forward-thinking coach to lead Thailand’s men’s program into its next phase of growth and high-performance development. The role will involve working closely with national and domestic players to enhance technical standards, tactical awareness, and professionalism across all formats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement structured training programs.
• Develop player performance pathways and match preparation plans.
• Foster a winning culture and team unity.
• Provide strategic input for tournaments and tours.
Requirements:
• Proven coaching experience at international or high-performance level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and mentor players within a developing cricket environment.
