Our purpose is clear; to unite and inspire everyone to love and play cricket. Cricket is so much more than just a game; it brings people together and binds us all through our shared experiences.

This is your opportunity to join a purpose led organisation that truly makes a difference to Australians.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cricket Australia is gearing up for a landmark season, and we’re looking for a detail-driven Event Specialist, Premium Guest Management to help deliver unforgettable experiences across our Premium Experiences and Executive Hospitality programs. This is a fixed-term position until March 207.

This role is central to the planning and execution of guest communications, match-day operations, and special events – and proficiency in EventsAir is absolutely essential. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing invitations, RSVPs, e-ticketing, seating plans, and guest data, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless and on-brand.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the use of EventsAir to manage guest communications, invitations, RSVPs, ticketing, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Senior Hospitality & Corporate Events Manager to develop and implement a detailed Guest Management strategy
  • Act as the primary liaison for the Executive Hospitality program, working closely with the Executive Team – particularly the Executive Assistants to the CEO and Chairman/Board
  • Coordinate guest lists and hosting responsibilities across departments
  • Prepare operational reports, seating plans, and manage guest check-in via Zkipster for match day
  • Work with external ticketing agencies to manage guest data capture and reporting
  • Maintain and update the Premium Experiences pages on the cricket.com.au website using the Pulselive content management system, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports event collateral delivery

We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re seeking someone with precision, energy, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the successful Events Specialist, Premium Guest Management you will have:

  • A collaborative team ethic and proactive mindset
  • Experience working with database management systems and reporting tools
  • An understanding of cricket and its stakeholders (desirable)

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Our employees at Cricket are gifted an additional week of leave at the end of the season! As a CA employee, you will also have other benefits including:

  •  Tickets to the Cricket for you to take your friends and family and experience Australia’s favourite game!
  • A flexible working environment, meaning we strike the balance of what you need and what works for the business (this isn’t limited to working remotely)
