ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Integrity Analyst to join Cricket Australia. In this role, you’ll provide critical support across all Integrity Unit activities, contributing to analysis, reporting, and operational delivery. Working closely with the Integrity Partner - Analyst, you’ll play an important role in strengthening our integrity framework and helping to deliver the Unit’s strategic and operational priorities.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Support integrity investigations through case management, data analysis, research, and timely preparation of intelligence reports.
- Monitor betting activity and analyse integrity related information to identify risks and emerging trends.
- Assist with anti-corruption and anti-doping programs, including matchday support, information collation, and compliance checks, corruption and anti‑doping programs, including match‑day support, information collation, and compliance checks.
- Contribute to integrity education delivery and support audits, due diligence processes, and agreement management (including PFIAs).
- Help enhance Integrity Unit strategies, systems, and processes through ongoing analysis, administration, and operational support.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the successful Integrity Analyst, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (desirable) and a strong interest in integrity and risk issues in sport.
- Experience in sporting, compliance, or betting related environments (desirable), with a general understanding of cricket being advantageous.
- Ability to analyse information, identify trends, and prepare clear, insightful briefing notes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience using intelligence or case management systems (Orion preferred, training will be provided).
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, with a commitment to supporting best practice integrity standards.
