- Providing commercially focused legal solutions, aligned with CA's strategic goals and values
You'll work closely with the broader Legal & Business Affairs team, contributing to a collaborative, values-driven culture. You'll also manage external legal providers when required, ensuring cost-effective and timely service delivery.

- Sharp legal instincts and the ability to simplify complex issues into clear, actionable advice.
- Strong stakeholder skills, with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience balancing legal risk with commercial outcomes, and mentoring others.
Bonus points if you've worked in-house, in sport or events, or have a passion for sports governance and regulation.
