ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Enablement to join the People & Strategy team and support the Chief People & Strategy Officer in driving enterprise-wide strategic planning, execution, and alignment. In this role you will blend strategic thinking with enterprise coordination, ensuring strategy is translated into action, strategic priorities are integrated into core business planning and decision-making, silos are removed and stakeholders are engaged across the organisation.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Shape and refine enterprise-wide strategies that advance organisational goals and long‑term priorities.
  • Translate strategic intent into clear, actionable plans and frameworks that drive end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Build compelling, data‑led strategy materials for executive and board audiences.
  • Act as a strategic connector across the business, fostering alignment, collaboration, and enterprise prioritisation.
  • Lead key strategic projects and planning cycles, supported by robust business cases and prioritisation frameworks.
  • Track and communicate progress, impact, risks, and outcomes of strategic initiatives to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Provide high‑quality insight and analysis by synthesising complex data, scanning sector trends, and informing strategic choices.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Targeted capability and experience include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Strategy, Economics or a related field.
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise‑level strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into clear insights, visuals, and compelling narratives for executive and board audiences.
  • Skilled at connecting enterprise goals with actionable plans, applying structured thinking to solve complex challenges.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic integrator—breaking down silos, enabling cross‑functional alignment, and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with strategic frameworks (e.g., OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, ESG standards) and applying them to guide decisions and delivery.
  • Track record in managing multiple strategic initiatives, using evidence, planning tools, and prioritisation frameworks to drive successful outcomes.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

CA Employee benefits include:

  • Tickets to the Cricket for you to take your friends and family and experience Australia’s favourite game
  • A flexible working environment, meaning we strike the balance of what you need and what works for the business (this isn’t limited to working remotely)
  • Discounts from our partners such as ASICS and salary packaging options
  • A multitude of leave types including paid parental leave and volunteer leave
