ABOUT THE ROLE
This role takes the lead working with key internal and external stakeholders and delivery of all ticketing requirements across international matches. You’ll oversee the entire ticket fulfilment process, including; match‑day support and inventory management, while driving system improvements that keep the team ahead of the game. With a focus on accuracy, agility and great fan experience, you’ll also produce financial and attendance reports and support compliance and administrative needs across the season.
Reporting to the Ticketing Operations Manager you will also be responsible for:
- Manage the endtoend ticketing process for a wide and diverse network of key internal and external stakeholders across all international matches throughout the summer, including responsibility for all pricing information, hospitality offerings, and associated requirements.
- Build and maintain event setups and inventory, keeping venue configurations and ticket holds accurate from first ball to final delivery.
- Champion process and system innovations that help the team operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
- Produce financial, sales, and attendance reports, and manage stakeholder invoicing in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met and support broader administrative and reporting duties throughout the season.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the successful Ticketing Specialist, you will have:
- Hands on ticketing experience and confidence using systems such as Ticketek Aspect, PCi / Ticketmaster Host / Ticketmaster Archtics.
- A solid understanding of venue setups and event builds, with the ability to allocate tickets accurately.
- A drive to achieve win win outcomes, balancing great fan experiences with strong commercial results.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong organisation and customer service skills, backed by a collaborative approach and the ability to work independently.
- A solutions focused mindset, with experience responding to urgent event needs — including outside standard office hours.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays during the season.
