ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re looking for a Ticketing Specialist to play a key role in bringing our matches to life. In this hands-on role, you’ll own the end to end ticketing experience for your allocated games — from building events and managing inventory to ensuring fans have a seamless journey from purchase to match day. You’ll be the go to connection point for venues and ticketing agents, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Reporting to the Ticketing Operations Manager you will also be responsible for:

• Managing event builds end-to-end — including venue configurations, inventory, holds and ticketing accuracy — to ensure seamless sales cycles.

• Optimising inventory and revenue opportunities while consistently meeting sales targets and budget expectations.

• Leading ticket operations on event days (on-site or remotely), ensuring box office staffing, signage and all operational requirements are in place.

• Building strong, trusted relationships with venues, ticketing agents, partners, and customers to deliver exceptional service.

• Delivering timely and accurate sales and attendance reporting before, during and after events.

• Supporting sales and premium experience activities, including enquiries, bookings, fulfilment and maintaining high-quality CRM data.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the successful Ticketing Specialist, you will have:

• Handson ticketing experience and confidence using systems such as Ticketek Aspect,  PCi / Ticketmaster Host / Ticketmaster Archtics.

• A solid understanding of venue setups and event builds, with the ability to allocate tickets accurately.

• A drive to achieve win win outcomes, balancing great fan experiences with strong commercial results.

• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

• Strong organisation and customer service skills, backed by a collaborative approach and the ability to work independently.

• A solutions focused mindset, with experience responding to urgent event needs — including outside standard office hours.

• A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays during the season.
