Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief People Officer in this role you will:

· Lead the experience for our casual workforce who deliver engaging cricket programs in the community

· Coordinate the recruitment of casuals to meet the needs ot cricket programs across NSW

· Lead the training and onboarding of our casual workforce

· Coordinate retention and engagement programs to ensure we are developing and increasing the employee experience of our casuals

· Drive the implementation of our new rostering system Employment Hero

· Collaborate with the People Team on key People Projects

ABOUT YOU

· Relevant tertiary qualifications

· Previous experience working in Human Resources

· General knowledge of HR and fair work requirements

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong problem solving skills

· Strong communication skills – written and verbal

· Exceptional at building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders

· Ability to think creatively and identify improving experiences and processes
