About the role:
Cricket Tasmania are seeking an inspiring Community Cricket Manager to lead a team of staff to support and engage volunteers and stakeholders and drive the sustainable growth and development of community cricket across Southern Tasmania.
The Community Cricket Manager will devise and manage the implementation of local operational plans, driving growth across key strategic areas in line with Cricket Tasmania’s strategic vision.
About you:
You have experience leading people, including demonstrated experience engaging, empowering and inspiring teams.
You have a tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in Business, Education, Communication, Marketing or a related discipline.
You have a strong understanding of the role sport plays within the community.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with, influence and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
You have highly developed communication skills including the ability to deliver and present information to stakeholders at all levels.
You have demonstrated relevant knowledge and experience in a similar role or environment.
You have or are willing to obtain Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
You have a current drivers license.
