The Cricket Development Coach will work closely with the Young People development team to bring the DCF’s Young People's Operational Plan to life. They’ll enthusiastically open up chances for young people to enjoy cricket, making sure it’s welcoming and easy to access for everyone across the county. Focused on the recreational game, this role is all about creating friendly, inclusive spaces, finding new opportunities, and encouraging clubs, schools, and communities to connect more with cricket.
This is a full-time role in which the Cricket Development Coach will be responsible for managing various tasks across our Chance to Shine Schools, National Programmes, Holiday Programmes, Competitions, Club Coaching, and the delivery of Business Priority Programmes.
