HIGH PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Cricket Fiji is seeking an experienced and motivated High-Performance Manager to lead our High-Performance Unit.
This full-time role oversees high-performance programs, HPU coaches, talent identification and national team planning for regional and international competitions.
- Experience in high-performance cricket or elite sport required
- Strong leadership, planning & reporting skills
- Work closely with coaches, selectors & CEO
