Glamorgan Cricket is looking for an experienced and motivated Back of House Supervisor to join our Conferences & Events (C&E) Department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality food service across matchdays, conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support back-of-house staff during prep and service

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient working environment

• Adhere to food safety, health and workplace safety regulations

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback

• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

• Support stock control, deliveries, and waste management

• Communicate effectively with chefs, managers, and front of house teams

Key Skills & Competencies

• Calm, organised and able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, team-focused attitude with good communication skills

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and matchdays as required

• Excellent time-management and organisational skills

• Attention to detail and quality

• Reliable and adaptable

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a back of house or kitchen supervisory role

• Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
