Guildford Cricket Club – one of Surrey’s leading clubs – is on an exciting journey to grow and elevate our Women’s and Girls’ programme. We’re looking for an inspirational coach and leader to take this thriving section to the next level.

What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver high-quality coaching for girls aged 7+ and our Women’s team.
Work with the Director of Cricket to create an ambitious, year-round programme (starting with winter nets in January 2026).
Develop a complete pathway from girls’ cricket through to senior women’s cricket.
Spot and develop players with the potential to represent Surrey CCC.
Forge strong links with schools, clubs, and community groups to grow participation.
Champion our vision to become one of the best Women’s & Girls’ cricket programmes in the country.
Be a role model, inspiring players of all ages to love the game
What We’re Looking For
ECB Level 2 (Core Coach) or above.
Experience coaching women and girls, with a proven track record of inspiring players.
Knowledge of the ECB Player Pathway and the women’s game.
Strong technical coaching skills, great communication, and a positive, inclusive approach.
