Jansatta Videos is looking for a strategic and editorially strong video leader who can drive audience growth and build the long-term video strategy for intelligent, Hindi-speaking audiences. The role requires someone who understands YouTube storytelling and platform growth — and can own overall video growth strategy including key performance metrics including views, watch time, retention and subscribers.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Can think strategically; has strong understanding video growth metrics on YT & other platforms
- Leader who can manage and mentor team effectively
- 10 years of experience in video journalism (Preferred)
