Cricket Coach – Adelaide Based

Joe Gatting Cricket Coaching is looking for a passionate cricket coach to join the JGCC coaching team in Adelaide.

We’re looking for someone who knows the game, loves the game and genuinely cares about helping players improve. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you must be willing to learn, communicate well and bring energy to every session.

This is an opportunity to develop as a coach within a high-performance coaching environment while working with junior, pathway and senior players.

The role

You’ll support the delivery of:

• One-to-one and small-group coaching
• JGCC batting clubs and academy programs
• Player-specific training plans
• Technical, tactical and game-based sessions
• Session feedback and ongoing player development

What we’re looking for

• A strong understanding of cricket
• A genuine passion for coaching and player development
• Clear and positive communication
• Reliability, professionalism and good organisation
• A willingness to learn and develop within the JGCC coaching system
• The ability to build strong relationships with players and parents
• Previous playing or coaching experience is preferred
