Kent Cricket Foundation are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team to support two key areas of the Foundation’s work.
The Operations Executive role will be responsible for; developing coaches of the future and managing a thriving club competition programme.
This role will have responsibility for administering coach development courses across the county, ensuring new coaches have a great experience on the course and are fully supported to gain accreditations. The role will also be responsible for administering a range of club competitions and leagues, ensuring junior and adult cricketers county wide have well organised and thriving competitions for them to enter.
