The Royal Dutch Cricket Association (KNCB) is seeking an inspiring and unifying chairman to guide the further growth, professionalisation, and social integration of cricket in the Netherlands.
As chair, you play a key role in the KNCB’s strategic and administrative development. You are the association’s figurehead and represent Dutch cricket at both the national and international levels. You lead the board, safeguard the long-term vision, and ensure good governance, transparency, and integrity within the organisation.
In close collaboration with the general manager, the federation office, associations, and external partners, you will promote both elite and grassroots sports. You will be attentive to inclusivity, talent development, innovation, and sustainability, and actively contribute to cricket’s strong position within the Dutch sports landscape. The chairperson also chairs the General Members’ Meeting (GMM).
