This role is integral to enabling the Foundation to deliver high-impact community programs while achieving financial and operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the LCF, including oversight of the administrative team and office management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for operational activities
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations management within the sports & leisure industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
