We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, experienced, and organised individual who is passionate about sharing the power of cricket with young people and inspiring them to say, “cricket is a game for me”.
You will work with a range of schools, community groups and charities to manage and coordinate the Chance to Shine Schools, Street Programmes & School competitions, across Lincolnshire, ensuring that our reach in schools and communities is countywide.
To be successful in this role you will need to show initiative, have strong organisational and IT skills, and communicate effectively with primary and secondary schools. You must also have a culture of working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to engage schools and communities to support delivery for young people.
You will oversee a small team, including the Community & Casual Coaches, to ensure delivery of the programmes, providing the necessary support and resources, so time management, organisational and people skills are essential.

Community Coach
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about developing the participation & growth of the game and widening access to cricket at all levels. A collaborator with excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills who is also able to work well on their own. You will be passionate and knowledgeable with a desire to learn whilst delivering opportunities for development across the game.
The individual will be responsible for working on school programmes, community engagement activities and supporting the delivery of our performance programme.

Casual Coaches
We are looking for several Casual Coaches to become a part of our Participation & Growth Team. These individuals will work in school and community settings.
Help us deliver high-quality school & community cricket sessions and grow participation across the game.
