We are seeking to employ a highly motivated, energetic, experienced, and organised individual who is passionate about developing young cricketers within a performance environment.
You will work with the Head and Assistant Head of Performance, Early Engagement Lead and a casual workforce to plan, deliver and review Lincolnshire’s player pathway.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a track record of developing talent within performance programmes, show initiative, have strong organisational and IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
You will work with colleagues and a casual workforce to ensure delivery of the programmes, providing the necessary support and resources, so time management, organisational and people skills are essential.
