Job overview
We are looking to appoint a Performance Coach in Cricket to work closely with the Director of Sport to support all cricket programmes. This role will have a particular focus on leading and developing the girls’ cricket pathway, while still contributing meaningfully across all cricket operations.
This role will be term time working, 32 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly under the Director of Sport to support the delivery of high quality coaching across both programmes.
- Lead, plan and deliver the girls’ cricket programme, including training sessions, player development, performance pathways and match-day coaching.
- Assist with coaching within the boys’ cricket programme as required.
- Contribute to broader sports provision within the school.
You’ll have:
- ECB Level 2 (Core Coach) qualification in cricket.
- Expertise in coaching cricket is essential, with the ability to support one or more additional sports considered advantageous.
- The ability to motivate, inspire and engage pupils of all abilities.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

Salary £22,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on qualifications
