Job description

Department: Marketing & Communications

Reporting to: Head of Brand & Creative

Contract: Fixed-Term - 8 months

DIMENSIONS OF ROLE

Normal working hours will be 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday (inclusive), including one-hour unpaid lunch on each day worked; making a total of 35 working hours per week.

KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are on the lookout for a Digital Designer with a passion for crafting bold, eye-catching creative that drives growth and elevates our brand across every digital touchpoint. You'll design social ads that stop the scroll, campaign visuals that inspire action, and digital assets that bring our brand to life, all while keeping performance at the core of your work.

You will report to the Head of Creative and collaborate with teams across the Club, producing work that's visually exciting and commercially smart. You'll be part of a small but ambitious creative team that thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and experimentation - the perfect space to push ideas further, learn fast and make a real impact on how fans experience our brand online.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Design standout digital ad creatives for paid channels, from social and display to high-performing campaign visuals.
  • Create thumb-stopping graphics, animations, and short-form videos built to engage, convert and spark conversation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and external partners to test ideas, analyse what works, and evolve creative based on insights.
  • Support digital-first campaigns from concept through to delivery, tailoring creative for each platform and audience.
  • Jump in on wider Club brand work, from emails and website content to campaign visuals - keeping everything aligned, consistent and full of energy.
  • Partner with other designers to refresh templates, sharpen workflows, and ensure every asset looks and feels on-brand.
  • Weave UX and design thinking principles into your digital work to boost both impact and effectiveness.
  • Stay inspired. Exploring new tools, tech, and creative trends (especially in AI and motion design) to keep our output fresh and future-facing.
