The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) manages the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), one of Australia’s most recognised venues. The MCG hosts more than 70 major events each year and welcomes over three million patrons and visitors.

The Club Services, Sports & Heritage department is responsible for providing high-quality service to approximately 157,000 Melbourne Cricket Club members, as well as patrons of the MCG.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to recruit a limited number of Full-Time MCC Club Services Representatives within the Membership team. In this role you will provide accurate, timely and high-quality service to MCC members during the week and on match days. This includes assisting with and resolving member and guest enquiries in person at Membership Services, as well as via email, web messaging and phone.
To be successful in this role, you will bring experience delivering high-quality customer service. Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.
You will also demonstrate:

- A welcoming and professional approach when supporting members and guests
- The ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries
- The ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy supporting people and contributing to a positive member experience.
This is a Monday to Friday business hours role; however, flexibility is essential, as the position requires availability for event day duties on weeknights, public holidays, and weekends.
