Norfolk Cricket Foundation (NCF) has set out an ambitious four-year countywide strategy, A Game for Everyone 2025-2028. The strategy’s mission is to create a lasting, positive impact on individuals and communities across Norfolk through the power of cricket. We’re looking to appoint a Fundraising & Marketing Manager to continue the growth of the organisation as a Charitable Foundation.
The Role
Department: Fundraising & Marketing
Contract: Minimum Contract 24 Months
Hours: Full-Time (35 Hours Per Week)
Remuneration: £40,000 Per Annum
Reports to: Cricket Development Director
Purpose of the Role
This is a brand-new role at the Norfolk Cricket Foundation, created to support the next stage of our growth and ambition. As we work to take cricket into new communities across Norfolk, we need to build a more diverse and sustainable income base, reducing our reliance on the ECB and other cricket-focused charitable partners.
The Fundraising and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving this ambition. You will lead the development and delivery of a sustainable corporate fundraising and marketing strategy, generating both unrestricted and restricted income through identifying, engaging and securing new partners, sponsors and supporters. You will also nurture and develop existing relationships, increasing their long-term value and impact, while creating engaging fundraising, networking and partnership opportunities.
