Assistant Grounds Staff
Northamptonshire County Cricket Club (NCCC) are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Assistant
Grounds Staff to support the Head Groundsman in delivering excellence in pitch preparation and overall ground presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high-quality playing surfaces and ensuring the ground is presented to the highest standard for all forms of the game.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will;
- Support the Head Groundsman in all aspects of pitch preparation and maintenance
- Carry out general ground maintenance duties as directed
- Assist in maintaining playing surfaces to achieve an average pitch mark of “Good” or above for all formats of the game
- Work towards achieving a Level 1 qualification as recognised by the Institute of Grounds-person (IOG)

ROLE INFORMATION
Job type: Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 35 per week, there is a requirement in this role to work flexibly, including working Bank Holidays or weekends during the cricket season. Any additional hours worked will accrue time off in lieu (TOIL).
