Frank Roro Hub (x1) and HC Rose Hub (x2) in Kimberley are seeking to appoint Assistant Hub Coaches.
KEY JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for assisting the Hub Head Coach in the co-ordination of the Hub Cricket Programme. The job holder is part of the Cricket Services Development Programme and reports to the Affiliate Cricket Services Manager.
KEY JOB OUTPUTS
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent will be responsible for the following key delivery areas:
- To assist in the administering the HUB Cricket programme.
- Implementing a sustainable and measurable Coaching programme.
- Management of Practice and Playing facilities.
- KEY DELIVERY AREA NO 1
To administer the HUB Cricket programme
Co-ordinate the Hub programme at Mini Cricket / Schools / Club leve Co-ordinate and administer Area league age group cricket and ensuring that a fixtures are met
Compiling and updating of players information and club statistic
Assist in setting up practice and fixture venue - KEY DELIVERY AREA NO 2
Implementing a sustainable and measurable Coaching programme.
Produce players for the regional, provincial and RPC team
Entering team into mainstream leagues at school and club level • Increase participation numbers of players / scorers / umpires / team managers and
coaches
Host coaching, scorers and umpire courses at the Hub.
Improve performance of individual players and teams.
- Absorb Mini Cricket graduates into hardball structures.

Hub Head Coach / Cricket Services Manager
