Join our performance department: Performance Analyst

Oxfordshire Cricket are looking for a Performance Analyst to help deliver a high-performing talent development system. The Performance Analyst will coordinate and deliver high quality performance analysis services to the Men’s and Women’s 1st Xi within home, white ball competition matches. This role is pivotal in deliverable actionable insights that directly influence tactics, individual player progression and team performance to help Oxfordshire to achieve success within the National Counties Cricket Association (men) and ECB Tier 3 (women) competition.

Key Details

  • Engagement Period: Mid-April to the end of August
  • Pay and Hours: Paid on a daily basis to meet the agreed delivery needs
  • Location: Flexible within Oxfordshire (travel required)
  • Commitment: A minimum of 4 ‘home’ match days for both Men and Women (primarily Sundays and Bank Holidays)
