Oxfordshire Cricket is looking for an ambitious, proactive person to join the team as our new Women and Girls Officer. It’s an exciting chance to help shape the future of women’s and girls’ cricket across the county.
Participation in Oxfordshire is already strong, and we want to go further. Our goal is to make Oxfordshire one of the leading counties for women’s and girls’ cricket, with more chances for women and girls to play, lead, coach, officiate and volunteer.
“Our aim in Oxfordshire is to significantly grow the women’s and girls’ game, making it more prominent and visible across the county,” said Managing Director Nick Pinhol. “We are looking to appoint an individual who can drive growth in this area and ensure that as many bats and balls as possible get into the hands of women and girls.”
