CONSULTANT PLAYER ACQUISITION (PSL)
Pakistan Super League is getting ready for the 11th edition and are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Consultant to assist us in our Player acquisition for the forthcoming edition of PSL.
ABOUT PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD
Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a HEC recognized university.
• Minimum 05 years of work experience in a sports organization.
• Having previous experience of Player acquisition will be preferred.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Result oriented
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, evaluate, & recommend top-tier local & international talent for PSL 11
• Scout emerging talents & seasoned stars (T20 specialists) globally
• Analyze player stats, form, & suitability for PSL franchise squads
• Build & leverage networks with agents, boards, & players
• Collaborate and Coordinate with PSL management & franchises on player acquisition and management.
• End-to-end management of the player registration and selection process for PSL 11
• Contract negotiations and relationship management with leading cricket players and their representatives
• Work closely with the Finance team to manage player payments efficaciously.
• Support all contracting processes including but not limited to liaising with the Legal team to draft and manage players contracts and ensure compliance
