About Pakistan Cricket Board
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is responsible for promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining overall control and governance of the sport across the country.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and authorize claims, invoices, change orders, and variation requests in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and obtain necessary approvals for any budget variations.
• Ensures that all operations run with legality and conformity to established regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting of construction issues.
• To ensure that all the materials used for work performed are as per specifications and as per consultants' recommendations.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and records.
• Remain informed of emerging developments, technologies, and best practices relevant to infrastructure and project management.
• To manage and monitor the progress of projects.
- Competency Requirements
- • Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making capabilities.
- • High levels of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- • In-depth knowledge of engineering policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- • Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively manage contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering standards, construction methodologies, regulatory requirements, and project governance frameworks.

Skills & experience
Required Education & Experience
- • Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or project management environments.
- • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering) from a well-recognized university.
- • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- • Well versed with PPRA rules & regulations.
