PCB: General Manager Commercial (Deadline – Nov 1)

The individual will plan, develop, and implement commercial strategies in consultation with Director Commercial that enable PCB’s vision of accelerated and sustainable business growth to meet revenue targets by overseeing expenses and increasing revenues. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be a creative strategist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing commercial / marketing strategies
• Conducting market research and analysis of assets to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities and products
• Enhancing the commercial properties and products portfolio in order to generate additional revenues across the board
• Enhancing revenue streams from current and new commercial partners
• Monitoring performance of commercial activities
• Assisting in the bidding processes, negotiating contracts, planning and managing risks for all commercial activities
• Assisting in setting financial targets, developing and maintaining department budgets
• Stakeholder management
• Create and oversee PCB’s marketing campaigns
