Specialist Physiotherapist
The ideal candidate will specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, while optimizing athlete performance through evidence-based physiotherapy practices. This role requires close collaboration with coaches, trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure athletes achieve peak physical condition safely and efficiently.
ABOUT PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD
Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat sports-related injuries using advanced physiotherapy techniques.
- Provide on-field or on-site emergency care during training sessions and competitions.
- Collaborate with coaches, sports physicians, trainers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor athlete progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and sports-specific conditioning techniques.
- Educate athletes on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and performance enhancement.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in sports physiotherapy.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (specialization in Sports Physiotherapy preferred).

- Valid professional license/registration to practice.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports physiotherapy or related field.

- Certification in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, or strength & conditioning (preferred).

- Strong understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and sports injuries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel if required.
