Working for Queensland Cricket means that you become a part of Australia’s proud history and help us look toward the future.  Our players and teams are successful, inspiring and reflect the values and aspirations of the community they represent.  As an organisation, we are seeking to drive bold, transformative change in digital experiences, junior participation, culturally diverse inclusion, gender equality and sustainability, whilst also reimagining the W/BBL, building player connection through storytelling and playing our part in developing the game globally.

Our purpose is clear; to unite and inspire everyone to love and play cricket. Cricket is so much more than just a game; it brings people together and binds us all through our shared experiences.

This is your opportunity to join a purpose led organisation that truly makes a difference to Australians.

Memberships & Ticketing Lead

Queensland Cricket | Brisbane – Full Time

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our ticketing and membership function and play a key role in how fans connect with Brisbane Heat and Queensland Cricket.

This is a hands-on role with real growth opportunity — driving attendance, delivering strong fan and member experiences and continuing to build a program that stands out.

What you’ll step into

  • Ownership of ticketing and membership across Brisbane Heat and Queensland Cricket
  • A role directly connected to attendance, fan engagement and game day experience
  • The opportunity to improve and evolve how we deliver value to our fans and members
  • A strong ticketing and membership framework to build on.

About the role

You’ll lead the delivery of our ticketing and membership streams across both consumer and corporate channels, with a focus on growth, experience and continuous improvement.

This includes:

  • Driving ticket sales and membership outcomes across the season
  • Managing ticketing administration, operations and platforms
  • Supporting the delivery of game day and event ticketing experiences
  • Working closely with Marketing and Commercial to support campaigns, promotions and renewals
  • Supporting corporate and partner ticketing requirements
  • Providing a high level of service to members and customers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the membership offering and overall experience
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient end-to-end processes from purchase through to attendance

About you

  • Experience in ticketing, memberships, events, customer service or sales
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

An interest in sport, live events or fan engagement is highly regarded.

Why this role

  • Join a high-performing team with strong results and real momentum
  • Be part of a close-knit environment where collaboration, trust and accountability are strong
  • Play a key role in delivering game day experiences and fan engagement
  • Take ownership of a function that has visible impact on attendance and membership growth
  • Build on an already successful program and continue to improve how we deliver value to fans and members
