Sri Lanka Cricket invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the post of Fielding Coach to the High Performance Centre. This is a prestigious opportunity to work with one of the world's most passionate cricketing Nations and contribute towards elevating our fielding standards.

Main Job Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and monitor high-performance fielding programs
Work closely with the High Performance Centre staff to integrate fielding into overall training and match preparation
• Identify technical and tactical areas of improvement through both individual and group fielding sessions
Use performance analysis tools to track progress and develop tailored improvement plans
• Work with physiotherapists and trainers to safely reintegrate players returning from injury, focusing on regaining fielding performance levels
• Collaborate with Strength & Conditioning Coaches to ensure fielding drills enhance speed, reflexes, and endurance
• Maintain and analyze key fielding metrics to monitor trends, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement
Foster a strong fielding culture across formats and ensure best practices are followed

Qualifications & Experience
• Coaching certification (Level 2 or above) or equivalent
• Proven Coaching experience
• Knowledge of modern fielding techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, high-performance environment
