Sri Lanka Cricket invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Performance Analyst for Super Province.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide performance analysis support for teams and players across assigned structures
- Collect, analyse, and interpret match and training data using video and statistical tools
- Prepare pre-match, live, and post-match analytical reports for coaches and management
- Support coaching staff with opposition analysis and performance trends
- Maintain accurate databases of player and team performance metrics
- Contribute to the development of performance review systems and analytical processes
- Present insights in a clear and actionable format to coaching and high-performance staff
- Ensure timely delivery of all analytical reports and video breakdowns
Key Position Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Sports Science, Data Analytics, Performance Analysis, or related field
- Prior experience in cricket performance analysis or elite sport environment
- Proficiency in performance analysis software and video analysis tools
- Strong understanding of cricket tactics, match situations, and performance indicators
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with elite athletes and coaches will be an added advantage
- Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Office packages
