We are seeking experienced coaches with diverse skills and experience who care about improving young players of mixed ability and share our belief that cricket is “a game for everyone”. 

Ideal candidates would be ‘experienced LV2 coaches’ or ‘higher.’

BACKGROUND OF SPENCER CC

Based in Wandsworth, South London, Spencer CC is the largest recreational club in the UK with over 1500 members, playing in over 70 teams. The club is synonymous with producing excellent cricketers and coaches in both the men and women’s game; it has additionally become a vital hub for disability cricket and outreach programmes within the local communities.

Our coaching team is passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes, values diversity and has a chance to develop and grow with our vastly experienced team of coaches.
