St Dunstan's College is an independent co-educational school in Rynfield, Benoni, founded in 1918, From its humble beginnings as an Anglican Parish Preparatory School, St Dunstan's has grown into a leading independent institution that includes the original Preparatory School, a Pre-School and a College.
The College seeks to recruit a suitable applicant for the following position: 1st XI Cricket Coach
The successful candidate will be passionate about developing young cricketers, committed to excellence and able to inspire players while contributing to the growth of cricket throughout the College.
Key Responsibilities
• Coach and manage the College 1" XI Cricket Team;
• Lead player development and team selection;
• Assist with the growth and development of cricket across the College:
• Support the recruitment and mentoring of cricket coaches;
• Coordinate the annual T10 Night Cricket Series;
• Attend fixtures, festivals and tournaments as required.
Requirements
• Proven cricket coaching experience at school, club, provincial or higher level;
• Relevant coaching qualifications
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills;
• A passion for developing young athletes and fostering a positive team culture.
