Hours: 7:30–8:30am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, plus 4:00–6:00pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with other hours to be agreed with the Head of Cricket.

Salary: Dependant on experience

Contract: Fixed Term, January to March 2026, with potential for extension until July 2026.

We are looking for a Cricket Coach to join our friendly Sports Department to support our pre-season training during the Easter Term. The successful candidate will plan and lead training sessions tailored to players of varied abilities and age groups, ensuring inclusive and engaging coaching for both boys and girls. The role requires a strong knowledge of cricket, effective communication skills, and the ability to inspire and develop players’ skills, teamwork, and confidence.

While this position is focused on the Easter Term, there is potential for additional coaching hours in the Summer Term, supporting the College’s extensive cricket programme, which includes over 23 girls’ and boys’ teams competing across a range of formats, Saturday fixtures, and cup competitions.

The College has four superbly maintained cricket squares, as well as the use of two astro-turf wickets.  In addition, the College has a brand new eight lane outdoor net area, six lane indoor nets, a state-of-the-art Activity Centre and five cages for grass net practice.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivational individual with a passion for Cricket. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in this area, a formal Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable as well as being a proficient umpire of the sport and experience of working in the education sector.
