Job Title: Administration Officer
(immediate start)
Location: Staffordshire Cricket office (ST18 0WP), home working + other locations as needed
Hours: 30 p/w
Salary: c£20,000 dependant upon experience
What You’ll be Doing:
Supporting the administrative function of the county's cricket board.
Fulfilling the payroll function for the team and the wider delivery workforce.
Day-to-day finance function - bank reconciliation, purchase/sales ledger
Liaisng with bank and accountants
Providing HR point of contact and liaising with our HR provider
Onboarding new staff and contract issuing
Maintaining HR and training records and general compliance themes.
Creating and monitor online course provision including coach education, first aid etc.
Supporting general office functions including phone and email enquiries
What We’re Looking For
Experience of online bookkeeping (ideally Quickbooks)
Experience of payroll provision
Experience of Supporting a HR function
Experience of administration funtion in a busy office environment
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent customer-focused manner
