Description
The Steelbacks Foundation are looking to appoint an Inclusion Activator. The role will support the delivery of a range of high-quality cricket and community projects, programmes and events that engage and inspire individuals from new groups to sustain and grow the game in the county.
The role will be key to establishing cricket as the most inclusive team sport in Northamptonshire, in line with the Steelbacks Foundation Strategic EDI Plan 2025-2026.
