Apprentice Coach - Start September 2026

Please note: This role is only open to 18-21-year-old UK residents with right to work and a driving licence.

Hours: Full-Time (30 hours per week, incl. 1 education day)
Salary: National Apprenticeship Guidelines + Lifetime Coach Core Training
Location: Multiple TFCC venues (UK)

About the Role:
Kickstart your coaching journey with Tom Flowers Cricket Coaching, one of the UK’s leading private cricket development organisations. You’ll work alongside ECB Level 3 & 4 coaches with county and international experience, gaining hands-on exposure across grassroots to high-performance environments.

This role is ideal for an aspiring coach who wants real-world experience, elite mentorship, and a clear pathway into professional cricket coaching.

You Will:

  • Lead and support coaching sessions across multiple age groups
  • Assist in holiday camps, academies and bespoke programmes
  • Support session planning, delivery and player development
  • Gain experience in one-to-one and group coaching
  • Be involved in community and outreach programmes

We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for cricket and coaching
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • ECB Level 1/2 (preferred but not essential)
  • UK resident with the right to work
  • Driving licence is essential​
