Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area for a Cricket Coach. The Cricket Coach will oversee developing players' skills, creating and implementing training schedules, analyzing player performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves planning and organizing practice sessions, coaching during matches, ensuring team motivation, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other coaching and management staff to ensure the overall growth and success of the team and individual players.
Qualifications
- Possess strong skills in Cricket Coaching and a solid understanding of game strategies and techniques.
- Proficiency in Coaching and Training players at various skill levels.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively guide and motivate players and collaborate with other staff members.
- A strong passion for cricket and sports education.
- Experience in coaching or playing cricket at a competitive level preferred.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in cricket coaching will be advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to team dynamics.
