RP Sports is looking for a Venue Operations Executive to manage its sports venues in Bengaluru, across football, cricket, badminton, pickleball, and padel. We seek a candidate who can look after day-to-day venue operations, grow the sports community at the venue and host community games, maintain inventory reports, and, most importantly, is honest towards the job.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role, and candidates residing in Bengaluru are preferred.
Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of Experience in Venue Operations.
- Ability to deal with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Good Communication abilities
- Should be able to play all the sports at a basic level
The salary range for this role is from ₹ 2 LPA to ₹ 4 LPA based on the candidate's experience and interpersonal skills.
