We’re excited to be opening a brand-new café at the newly developed WACA Ground in the heart of the East Perth community. A warm, welcoming space where locals and the wider community can relax, connect and enjoy our newly created space. To bring this vision to life, we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who love great coffee, great conversations and the ability to create memorable experiences for our customers.
As a Café Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face our customers looks forward to seeing each day. You’ll help maintain a clean, inviting space and most importantly – make people feel at home.

About you
We’re looking for hospitality pros who bring energy, reliability, and a great attitude.
You’ll greet and serve customers with warmth and enthusiasm, keeping the café clean, organised and welcoming.
You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience working in the hospitality industry;
- Positive and committed work ethic;
- Food safety/handling certificate (if applicable);
- Flexible availability;
- Valid RSA (if applicable);
- Australian working rights.
